I put this together today so that I could give something to Dr. Garde (only the greatest doctor in the world who will forever remain my hero for delivering me some healthy babies) at my appointment tomorrow. It kind of makes me want to actually send some out now, we'll see. After all, I am still trying to finish my thank you notes. Anywho, if anyone wants to have us design an announcement or greeting card of the sort then tell me and I would love to! I guess you could say I am expanding my business or something :)

UGH
So it has already been over a week of below freezing temperatures, is there an end in sight? Of course the snow is fun, we will have a white Christmas, and plenty of time to rebuild frosty in the front yard (minus the yellow marks courtesy of the Zeke-ster). However, can we please have some clear roads? There are things to be done and places to go. Church was canceled so there are now, more than ever, Christmas songs to be sung.
I am however thankful for a lot of things right now.
1. A sleeping baby, (Kendall not Zeke)
2. Pretty Icicles 3. A warm fire 4.My BOOTS!
These are the best investment EVER!

Back Track
In the beginning of the month we had a different party at Ensign Ranch. This was for my Father-in-Law's side of the family. It hadn't snowed yet which made time for Rylin to be really nervous around the horses:
Grandpa Soptich had time to rest on the old pews, and Paige had lots of time to scare us with all of her cat noises.
Dustin's cousin Amy had twin boys the same day I had Kendall. This was their first time together with a lot to come I am sure.
Dustin, Billy, and Paul had a grand ol time playing some basketball and Uncle Lee entertained the girls with some foosball.
Grandma DeGraw had the nicest presents for all her Great grandchildren. She got Rylin a cool book with a magnadoodle thing on it and she made the new babies (ie:Kendall) some bibs that cover their whole body for some of those really messy times. Kaisa and I had to model them for the whole effect.

Merry Christmas
I have decided that the thought of doing a Christmas card this year gives me an anxiety attack, if I would have done one, maybe I would have used one of these pictures.
Rylin is such a good big sister. I have to remind myself of that sometimes when she is being a little naughty that she really isn't THAT bad. We are so lucky. The other day she was laying on the floor by Kendall and Kendall was being a bit fussy, I peeked at them and Ry was patting her softly on the back, trying to make her feel better. Sweet.
Anywho, Merry Christmas, hopefully we will get the card thing next year.
PS-keep reading because there are more new blogs below this and on the photo blog too so check those out :)
At least once
It has to snow at least once in December with all the Christmas decorations up. It makes it feel more like Christmas don't you think? I can't wait until it snows more this week. Rylin actually loves playing in it this year which makes it more fun for us too!
Kendall's first experience in the snow is now documented.
who could forget how exciting it is to play with Zeke in the snow, you like my shadow?
We heart being LDS
We heart being LDS because we have the privilege of going to Ensign Ranch every year to celebrate Christmas with Dustin's family. This has become a very fun tradition for the last three years. Pretty much at the end of all 3 days, we are snowed out, filled up with food, and semi-rested for the rest of the month. This time though, we had plenty of food, plenty of resting, plenty of present opening and hardly any snow. Finally it snowed on Friday, which was very exciting to watch it build up. The kiddos all had a ton of fun playing in it. Somehow we got the men out to go for a stroll with all of them with the two princesses in their carriage of course...why should they have to walk???? We had the projector set up to watch plenty of movies (to help keep the kids quiet when we thought we were going rip our heads off) and plenty of bath time in the traditional sink bath. It was such a great time, I only wish it was easier to juggle a camcorder + a camera so I could have had more pictures for proof!
Don't you love Rylin's outfit for the walk? She got this awesome C-Lella dress up outfit for Christmas and wouldn't take it off, even to go outside!

Kendall's first modeling experience
We actually took these on Thanksgiving, when Kendall was a week old, but I have been kind of busy with other pictures, so am just now getting to them. I can't wait to get some on my wall, and still need to acquire some cute sister shots/new family ones. Who knows if I will get an announcement out or not so consider this one. Kendall Jane. Born on November 20, 2008 at 1:40pm, weighing in at 6 pounds .03 ounces. We love having her in our family she is such a cute little baby.
Thanks to my mom for being a special set of hands for some pictures. And thanks to Kendall for sleeping through it all, and just yawning a few times. Even sleeping with the scratchy tutu on.
